Wedding Packages:
All of our wedding packages include a private bridal suite as well as valet parking and a coatroom for all your guests. We also provide you with direction and escort cards for your event along with an array of linen colors you can choose from.
Planning Process:
Here at Sunset Harbour we offer the finest in personalized service to assist you in the planning of your special event. From the moment you first contact us to discuss your requirement, one of our catering representatives will work with you to plan your memorable celebration. We would be pleased to book an appointment to give you a tour of our magnificent location. Please call us at (631) 289-2582 to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you. Once you have decided on the package and ballroom you would like as well as the date and time you would like we will prepare a contract with you to confirm your date.
Two months to three months prior to your date you can schedule a tasting and begin the planning process for your event. Our cater representatives will help you design and select the menu and layout for your affair. Click for sample menu.
Beyond helping you with all the details at Sunset Harbour, our team can also connect you with some of the additional vendors required for the perfect event. If you need a florist, a band or DJ, a photographer or limousines, we can provide you with a list of professionals who we work with on a regular basis and who have a solid reputation in the industry that we highly recommend.
